Overcoming the consequences of the typhoon No. 13, restoring production - the essential tasks

According to calculations by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, in order to reconstruct production and create livelihoods for people, it should focus on two main points: growing vegetables and raising poultry. As from now until the Lunar New Year, poultry farming would generate products, thereby helping people to have more income and create a livelihood for the next cycle.
"The localities should focus on supporting people to rapidly increase the area of vegetables and crops, because if the production is not accelerated, it may cause vegetable shortage in the upcoming Lunar New Year. Therefore, it is necessary to consider immediate support of vegetable varieties for people, in deeply flooded areas the support can be 100% "- Minister Nguyen Xuan Cuong directed.

With the rice fields buried by sand, soil and gravel, it is impossible to restore rice cultivation, consider converting to suitable crops.
