On March 15, 2019, Grow Asia in partnership with the World Economic Forum (WEF) and the Inclusive Business Action Network (iBAN) launched the ASEAN Digital Directory.
Digital solutions such as traceability, digital farmer training, mobile wallets and mobile-based lending are key enablers of sustainable and inclusive value chains. However, these technologies are limited in reach today. The potential is only going to be realized if investors, agribusinesses and development actors know what solutions are available.
Seeing significance of digital agriculture solutions, Grow Asia in partnership with the World Economic Forum (WEF) and the Inclusive Business Action Network (iBAN) launched the ASEAN Digital Directory. The directory provides investors and agribusinesses access to a range of solutions to challenges from farmer training to traceability, finance, trading and other technologies.
The Directory is available in 16 languages, featuring over 50 digital solutions which is tested/used by over 2.5 million smallholders farmers in Asia and Africa at present.
